As a Yankee fan's we witnessed our rivalries Boston choke an amazing lead in the American League Wild Card and missing the playoffs. Boston fans want to blame the Yankees for playing their backups for the last 2 weeks but why take the chance of your starters getting injured. Moring Workouts

For high school soccer this year we started a workout session every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday morning!! It requires that i wake up at 5 to be on time. I think the workouts will benefit us this year so we won't get pushed off the ball as easily. Even though it takes time and dedication we all do it in the hopes that we can return to the CIF Finals back to back years but get the Championship this time.
